I love Tru Pilates! Tina is an amazing instructor that will push you to be your best. She knows exactly what each individual needs to make progress and I have seen tremendous results. I take both individual and group classes, and Tina varies the sequences to keep her students stimulated and also challenged. I could not recommend Tina and her studio more!
I first joined Tru Pilates for a low-impact exercise to strengthen my muscles (mainly core) and improve flexibility to prevent the injuries that come along with aging. I also wanted something fun and motivating which I was not getting from weight lifting with a previous trainer. I absolutely love going to Tina!
Three 50 minute private sessions to introduce new students to the Pilates equipment and to learn the basic foundation of the Pilates work.

Pilates class incorporates Reformer, Wall unit (tower), chair, TRX, and/or mat Pilates allowing for full range of motion to improve posture, develop core control and mind/body connection.
*Students must be approved by instructor before participating in classes.

Private Yoga & Weight Training classes are individualized sessions. These classes provide personalized instruction and guidance tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Our founder Tina has dedicated herself to a healthy lifestyle – and uses firsthand knowledge to empower her clients to live their best lives.
Tina first discovered yoga in 1996 after a car accident left her with serious lumbar pain. She became a certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor just two years later. After working as a personal trainer in a number of gyms and studios, Tina opened the doors to Tru Pilates & Yoga Studio in 2010.
For the past 25 years, Tina has helped Floridians feel better naturally. She works with women and men of all ages, with injuries and without. Tina pulls from her personal experience to help her clients increase strength and balance, recover from surgery or physical problems, and even improve athletic performance.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Tina bicycling, racing cars, or practicing at her home in Altamonte Springs.
